In Yakima we stopped at the
Darigold plant. They didn't have much of a tour available but we did enjoy a glimpse of the cheese plant and the history and memories displayed there.




We were ready for a late lunch and decided to hit a favorite spot of ours in
Ellensburg - the Red Horse Diner. When we got there it was surrounded by bikers and we had to opt for a not-as-good burger elsewhere.
