Flooding and One Gutsy Bird
A view of the flooding on the West side of the Mississippi. We were told the river is four miles wide near here in flood stage.
This little bird insisted on sitting on this reed in spite of the rapid flowing water and stiff breeze. Three times I watched him get blown off and come right back and land on the same reed. One gutsy little bird!
